Great location, beautiful amenities, and top level services.

Attention to detail, professional services, amazing rooms and views of Tokyo, amazing food to be had. Just an overall amazing experience I cannot really fit in words

After a long day of sightseeing this hotel gives it all. An amazing view, great food and a room which makes you feel like you are at home.

Very high class hotel. WhatsApp concierge was very convenient and quick. Rooms are very big, modern and with a very good view from any room because they all are located starting from 30th floor. We have stayed in many other 5 stars hotels in Tokyo, so far - this one is favourite.

The staff was fantastic. The room was perfection with a breathtaking view of Tokyo.

The staff was great, they made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Very large and comfortable room, awesome view over the city. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Hotel conveniently located right next to the metro. Overall if you're looking for a luxury stay in Tokyo, this is the place to go.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We were treated like VIPs and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and the food was excellent. The dining in Tapas, K'Shiki and Sushi Shin was legendary!

I also work for a five star Forbes hotel and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I know what it takes to be one of the finest and best, and I can say this hotel as met all expectations and more. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay
