«Our room was clean, modern, comfortable and had a great layout. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Beds were nice, pillows were very comfortable. Nice bathroom and kitchen. It was a great place to come back to after a long day out in Tokyo. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I lost my backpack at the station and one of the receptionists (Ciel) kindly came to the station with me (she had finished for the day) and spent an hour of her own time helping me sort out the JR lost and found. She wouldn’t leave until I had it in my hands! Very kind! We would definitely stay here again and wish we had more time there! Fantastic hotel!»«0»

«Excellent location - close to Ueno and Inaricho Stations, but quiet enough, local neighbourhood. Easy walk to Ueno Park, and Asakusa (even Akihabara if you're up for a hike). «We stayed our last night of our 2 week Japan ski holiday with Mimaru Tokyo Uneo Inoricho and found the location really beneficial to attractions such as the Tokyo Sky Tower which isn't too far by subway. As a family we loved the 11am late checkout time which gave us a chance to actually sleep in for once and I must thank the staff who went out of there way to help us order a take out food delivery for our hungry teenagers the night before. Thanks and would be very happy to stay there again.»«0»

«Loved the area of Ueno and the facilities were perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenage). The restaurants were perfect in the local area (particularly the ramen) and the access to transport was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.»«0»
