Excellent location being very close to the Uneo train station. Family room was very well appointed. Staff were exceptional - nothing was a problem and they really wanted to help you to enjoy the city. All of the reception staff spoke very good english which made the experience easy. Highly recommend this place.

Group: Mum, Dad, teenager and 8 year old. 5 min walk from train station. - can’t remember which exit but they tell you in their information. This room was the most spacious we had in our 2 week trip. Finding accomodation in Japan suitable for 4 in a room is not the easiest and while we managed to do it along the way this room was the most comfortable and useable. Seperate bath and toilet means both can be used at same time. Well equiped little kitchen with fridge and microwave. 6 comfortable good size beds. Dining/lounge space. 7/11 about 50m down the street and centre of town 5 - 10 min walk. Directly across road is a bridge that you can walk over the railway to gardens, zoo and museums. We stayed 3 nights however I think you could easily stay longer as there are quite a few museums and places of interest that we didn’t get time to explore. English speaking staff.

  • Hi. If we are coming from Narita airport what is the best way. Also is the bullet train to hakuba close by? Thank you
    You can use the Keisei Skyliner train to access our hotel from Narita Airport. It takes 45 minutes to take you right to Keisei Ueno Station. There are bullet trains from Tokyo Station to Nagano Prefecture, from Nagano, you can take a bus to Hakuba.

    About the early check-in, we cannot guarantee it 100% since it depends on the vacancy of the previous day. We are welcome to keep your luggage before the check-in time to explore Tokyo.
