We stayed for 2 nights, left some baggages with front desk. They were delivered to room before second stay check in, it helped a lot for this action, as we had big suitcases with us, that we didn’t need to worry to bring more to rooms by ourselves!

This hotel is very clean with a great location, however, my single room was pretty small. They do not have concierge nor bell service so if you do not speak Japanese, you will have hard time to get by. I was there over the weekend with my family so we enjoyed our time, walking around and shopping, and dining. It’s above Nagoya station and department stores so you will find everything you need once you take the elevator down.
