I mistakenly did my reservation with wrong date but the front staff kindly arranged a room for me and advised how to change my reservation via booking.com. While I stayed 2 nights, I did "don't disturb" on the door and still they supplied additional towels hanged outside for me ! Chaya-machi area, convenience stores and a Starbucks pre close by. Pleasure experience.
