We had room 210, very nice view of mountains and tree. Breakfast was very good. Wifi excellent. Location is good, in walking distance to Happo busstation (5 mins)and also to Habuka trainstation (15/20 mins). The friendly host speaks very good english.

Location was prime, well situated between Happo-one Bus Terminal and Happo-one ski lifts. 300m from the Bus Terminal, connecting to all Hakuba Valley Ski resorts. 500m to the nearest Happo-one ski lifts. Discounted Happo-one day pass offered.
