Do check their official website to check what they can offer! The hotel is a surprise, a germ of Kinukawa onsen area. Affordable for solo travelers and definitely value more than what I paid. It is a bit dated but well-maintained. The room is clean and spacious. I was worried about the “smoking room” option but there was little smell in my room, so totally acceptable. A well decorated lobby with great sense of interior design. They do have a wonderful onsen (both outdoor and indoor) in the hotel and offer other private onsen options. Very friendly and patient staff. Had a very enjoyable 3-night stay there.

I’ve stayed here maybe 3 times now. The staff are always very kind and accommodating. The onsen has a beautiful view of the forest and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

I can't believe the value of the price I paid. I ended up extending my trip. There is an outdoor and indoor onsen. The outdoor one was so incredible since it faces the trees. I really enjoyed the onsen. There is also a manga library, vending machines inside the hotel, and a lounge area. On top of that, the room is ginormous and my room was facing the beautiful autumn trees. The one futon was uncomfortable so I stacked 2-3 futons and it was finally comfortable. Staff was very friendly as well. It is about 10-15 minute walk to the train station. There is a seven eleven within 7-8 minutes. I didn't realize how close the hotel was to the suspension bridge. I will definitely be back.

(Really) big room. Great onsen. The whole place was really cleaned up. Not sure if there is anyone who can speak in English but don’t think it will be too hard to check in or interact with signs and gestures. They had a big library of books and DVDs (for rent); a shelf of board games (500 JPy rental). The room had western toilet; futon beds were good. The onsen room was super clean, with one indoor and one outdoor pool. The onsen was not part of main building and 1 min away but we didn’t mind. They do have some other onsen for private use which need to be reserved (we didn’t use it).

The room was wonderful and gigantic ! The bed was very confortable and you can get also a yukata where there are all other amenities. The staff, also in they don't speak english, are very kind and helpful. They have also a relaxing room where you can read a lot of mangas. I hope, one day, to have the chance to come back again in this hotel !
