Brilliant. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and were very accommodating of our inability to speak Japanese. We had fallen sick at a different town and the hotel manager personally took us to the doctor and helped us navigate the process. The food was incredible and the onsen was lovely. Parking is free, and free-use bicycles are available for use. There are 7 hot spring bathhouses in the area that can be visited free of charge, reachable via the hotel’s free Seri-go shuttle. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, browse the gift shop or use the free Wi-Fi at the lobby. A set Japanese breakfast is served at the lounge or restaurant area. Dinner features fresh seafood or shabu-shabu (meat cooked in light broth) and is served at the lounge or in guests’ rooms.
