Hotel Park Hyatt Tokyo

Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Room service was quick and equally very good. All staff were very polite and helpful.
ChinaLoved the room and the view. Very comfortable and the room as cables to connect the TV to my PC, which was perfect.
JapanAmazing rooms, service, restaurant, bar. My wife and I felt like we were treated like royalty.
JapanThe perfect hotel. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Everything is comfortable without being precious and stuffy. Check in is almost fun. You leave there supremely relaxed. Great location near Shibuya. If I could, I'd live in the Park Hyatt.
AustraliaThe service was incredible, and the appointments superb. Everything about our stay was just perfect.
United States of AmericaLoved the view from the 46th floor of Mt Fuji. Breakfast was fabulous, room service was amazing. Even though certain items were not on the menu, the staff was kind enough to have it specially prepared for us. Overall the staff was very polite and willing to assist whenever asked.
PakistanSpacious rooms, magnificent view from the room and bar on 52nd floor.
SerbiaThe hotel was nice. For the price, I guess I was expecting a little more. The restaurant and bar was obviously awesome. The views are amazing. Overall service was very good, but I can’t say i’d stay there again. Just checked it off the list and moving on.
United States of AmericaThe staff were great, comfortable rooms, great service and food. Awesome views. Close to the train station.
United States of AmericaAmazing hotel! Staff were all very professional. My room was fantastic, with the most beautiful views over the city. I also treated myself to a meal from room service, I ate lunch at the Kozue restaurant, had breakfast at the Girandole restaurant, an evening drink at the New York Bar, and I used the swimming pool. If you're a fan of the film 'Lost in Translation' then I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! Probably the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at, yet I am so glad I spent the money here. My weekend at this hotel has been a highlight of my time in Japan. If you're debating staying here, I'd say spend the money if you can - it's worth it to experience this hotel!
