Our hostel is build of all Yakushima bare cedars, with many of Yuki's handmade original stained glasses inside which show guests beautiful soft sun light in the morning. We are in the hot spring village, the south of Yakushima. There are two indoor natural hotsprings and two ocean natural hot springs, all in 5 minutes by car from the hostel. Quiet, relaxing place, the nearest beach to snorkel takes 5mintes, nice start to all the direction.

Host Toru grows beautiful organic vegetables and tropical fruits, and catch fishes by himself before serving dinner. Host Yuki speaks English, studying French and Spanish. She loves to take care of guests, to make guest's travel easier and more interesting. She used to work for international travel agency in city, and helping microbitic studio on weekends. She loves cooking very much, talking and being friends with guests. Both live in the same building to help guests, and chat!

Guests can enjoy snorkeling, seeing big waterfalls, sea turtle's laying eggs or their baby hatchings viewing at night in the summer. Hot springs both inside and outside by the ocean take only 5 minutes by car. Guests will see beautiful starly sky, shooting stars and the Milkey way in the summer clearly from ocean hotsprings or our parking. Enjoy Yuki's original local walking map to the hills or the ocean, seeing beautiful neighbors. Big supermarket 5 minutes by car, a small grocery and bar and cafe in the walking distance. Bus stop is 3 minutes on foot.
