Hotel is near Mejiro Station on the JR Yamanote Line. Staff is really polite and able to speak English. We were able to check into our rooms around an hour early, which is really nice. The room has good layout so it's quite spacious. Bed and pillows are firm and comfortable. Handy phone is also provided!
