I love our stay here!! So excited to leave this review because I really believe that they are a bit underrated. This hotel is so kid-friendly (rare to find in hotels in japan). I love the fact that they also provide amenities for our toddler (from sleeping wear up to hygiene kit). Our room is located in natural comfort floors that’s why the pool club (1 lap pool, 1 leisure/spa pool with shallow part for kids and 1 jacuzzi..which we really enjoyed) and lounge area (with free yummy snacks) are free of charge. So worth the price!! I just hope that the use of fitness gym was also included as a free facility. It would be perfect! The breakfast buffet was good..lots of varieties, but some dishes are a bit bland. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Our room was big enough, also the bathroom. Staffs are friendly, accommodating and good with english.

We have a free shuttle bus from JR Osaka station. Our shuttle bus stop is about a center of under JR elevated railway(Sakurabashi gate). Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.
The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 6 minutes between 10:00-21:00. Between 07:45-10:00 and 21:00-22:15, it is available every 15 minutes.
An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.
