The location is the key. The exit from the subway is right under the hotel. everything is within walking distance. Room is still new and very clean. Staffs are helpful.

The staff was so nice!! We had an extremely early flight out of Japan and they helped us book a taxi. I would come back here for the staff alone, their kindness from beginning to end was exceptional. English was perfect and we also received complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival.

The location was fantastic, next to Dotombori and Namba Station which you can reach directly from hotel elevator. From this station you can reach the airport by taking the AirPort Express train. Breakfast was delicious with western options and staff was amazing.

what I like most from the property is the easy access to the metro which is just in the basement level, a walking distance to the train station going to kansai airport and also just a walking distance to most of the tourist sites like the Dotunburi river cruise,the Glico man and all others… If I were to comeback then definitely I would love to go back and stay in this hotel… I love the staff they were so accommodating and very friendly…Also its good if are staying with your family.
