«Firstly it was extremely helpful to be able to take the Coach directly to and from Haneda International airport right outside the hotel , and literally no waiting time. The reception staff were very polite and help throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good and a lovely balance of foods , fruit , Pastries and cooked Awesome . The lift service very efficient, and the room was very clean and tidy , with aircon non smoking, comfortable single beds good quality mattress , duvet and Pillows, we never head any noise from adjoining rooms or corridor or from outside (7th floor. ). Very good shower and modern W.C. ( interesting!) Very good location easy access on foot to Shinjuku Railway Station.»«0»

«Handy location in Shinjuku in a quieter part of the area but still walking distance to the busier streets. Good to know that check in/reception is on level two which wasn’t hugely obviously to us on arrival! The rooms are clean with comfy beds! The staff are friendly. The double rooms are pretty cosy as you’d expect from a Japanese hotel.....only one suitcase could be open at a time! We stayed twice while in Tokyo the second time we booked a twin rather than a double and there was a considerable size difference in the room for the same price! Free wifi is great and works really well!»«0»

«It is the 5th time our visit. (Going for 6th while writing this) By far the only ideal hotel for shinjuku area. After last years renevation, bathrooms became much better with the sanitary products provided by lixil.. As said, there is a family mart in main building, which you can get anything for drinks and foods.. Or try 7/11 outside the building. We didnt take any breakfast so cant say anything about that, but its Tokyo at least you can eat whatever you want outside. Rooms are small but not a problem, get used to it, its Japan.»«0»

«Good location the Shinjuku train station is about a 10 minute walk. Free water, tea and coffee in the room everyday. Helpful staff. I would recommend getting the airport bus to the hotel. It stops right outside.»«0»
