Located at 940m above sea level. Temp. difference between here and Tokyo is always 10 Cd and especially very cool & comfortable in summer. Surrounded by all fresh green. Enjoy mountain climbing, biking etc. and playing at Nojiri Lake for water sports in summer. Of course, enjoy skiing/snowboarding in winter at Tangram Ski Resort & Madarao Kogen Ski Resort in winter. It takes only 3min drive there. The owner is mainly running Licensed Real Estate Business in Nagano & Niigata and the professional consultant. He had been worked for #1 global chemical company in US for 34 years. Speak very good English and have affluent global business experience. Consulting fee is free it you stay the accommodation. Get good advice for the life in Nagano & Niigata !!
