United States of AmericaConvenient and the staff is top notch. They go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. They speak very good English if your Japanese is not the best. The airport limousine makes direct stops here which is very convenient if you have lots of baggage.

IndonesiaHotel Sunroute Plaza is centrally located, minutes from JR Shinjuku South Gate, yet on a relatively quiet neighborhood. A direct airport limousine bus is available, but the hotel is also a 7 min walk from the Shinjuku West Gate bus stop, which runs more frequently. The hotel caters well to overseas guests. They were facile with luggage shipping and travel questions and service. Bare amenities, but more than sufficient for what we needed. We weren’t in Tokyo to spend time in the room!
United States of AmericaOne of the best aspects of the hotel is the location, which is in the middle of Tokyo and the train station is just a few minutes walk. The staff were also hospitable & friendly.
United Arab EmiratesSome other reviewers mentioned that the Hotel was "near" the Shinjuku subway station. After being there, we believe that is a bit unfair because, in fact, the Hotel sits literally next door to the A1 exit to said station. Literally below the Hotel sign there is an elevator that takes you to the subway. Very convenient! The overall location is extremely central, yet at night you can enjoy total silence, as if you were far away from everything else. The Hotel has an onsite bus stop for the Airport Limousine Bus, which is very nice to have. The staff was extremely supportive and very efficient. On our last day, we were close to miss the bus and we would have missed it if it wasn't for their help.
United States of AmericaIt was available last minute due to a missed train, and we were able to check-in late into the evening. The staff were very kind and efficient. The room was clean and a comparable size to others of the same price. The location being near shinjuku was very convenient, but it was still quiet.
JapanLocation - quiet area at night, yet convenient to walk to anywhere in Shinjuku. Clean, and comfortable. Check in and out was efficiently handled by the courteous staff
