“Brilliant stay with some of the loveliest staff. The receptionists were so sweet and friendly, they really made my day better. They tried their best to converse a lot with me in English, asking about my trip and my interests and even about my research (which I imagine is probably quite boring to most people except me, so very nice of them to express interest in it!) The breakfast was also really good! Location is fantastic: 5 minute walk from the station, right on the edge of Chinatown, less than 10 minutes from Yamashita Park and the waterfront. If I go back to Yokohama I'll definitely stay in the same hotel. The staff also very kindly stored my luggage too!”

“I was delighted and pleased when the reception desk staff wrote a birthday message for me and hung it on the doorknob of my room. Her warm birthday greeting was the first thing I saw in the morning when I went out of my room. That gesture really made me happy and I felt so special. The room was also super clean. All of the staff at Super Hotel Kannai branch were very friendly and accommodating! I also loved its location it's ery accessible to Yokohama China Town, to Yokohama Pier and to the nearby train stations. It's easy to find. I also loved the freebies that they offer upon checking-in.”

“The staff were all extremely friendly, especially to my 5 year old daughter. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was a lot of choice, it all tasted freshly prepared and it changed each day I was there. The hotel also cares a lot about the environment, rewarding you with candy for doing things like returning unused toothbrushes. One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff were the best!! Would definitely return!”
