“The hotel is beautiful, located a 2 minute walk from Asakusa station so isn't difficult to get to, there is a beautiful view of Asakusa from the reception area. I stayed for a night for my birthday celebration and the staff were so sweet, the room had a card and a complimentary gift for me. We organised a small cake plate to be delivered to the room after check in and it came promptly, the staff really made me stay feel special!! The room was amazing, every amenity you could think of needing was provided, the bathroom was spacious with a separate shower/bath area. The room itself was also quite big, with a small sitting area which I thought was a nice touch. The hotel is also English friendly, which is a bonus if you aren't confident in your Japanese skills.”“0”

“A friend and I had two 'Modest' rooms that were extremely comfortable with great bedding - comfortable mattress, light warm doona, PJs and choice of pillows.. Wonderful location close to stations for four different metro/train lines and huge local restaurant choice.. Staff were helpful and charming and it had the feel of a small hotel. Kanako went out or her way to organise some dinner bookings at places where no English was spoken. We chose the hotel partly because there was a bar where we could de-brief in the evening and plan the next day. On a second visit we were upgraded to larger adjacent double rooms which were also comfortable but essentially the same facilities as the 'modest' room which are great for singles. . Friendly atmosphere and great views from the reception area are a bonus.”“0”
