MalaysiaThe staff were friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggage when we arrived early, and again when we spent a few nights in Kyoto in between. The location is great. Three underground train stations are within walking distance and there were plenty of taxis outside the hotel entrance. The room was comfortable with plenty of toiletries and climate control. Wifi was excellent. Cleaning was done to a high standard every day. Breakfast was flexible, from 06:30-10:00.

Singaporethis is one of the best hotel I’ve lived in Tokyo. it’s location is in the middle on Tokyo and it is linked with the metro. the service was excellent. staff members has been really considerable as they have reserved taxi and cook our food for us. the room was cleaned everyday and stationaries are renewed.
