comfortable, great pool and jacuzzi and an awesome bar on top

We took JR to get to the hotel. It is about less than 10 minutes walk from Yurakucho. There are many restaurants to eat near by. We ordered in room breakfast this time since the restaurant, Peter was closed. I was told that Peter will be only open when they are fully booked. But still breakfast was delicious. I love their Eggs Benedict! I noticed that they are going green in their amenities now. Their hair brush and toothbrush were made by wood. It was lovely to see less plastic in the room.

The customer service was exceptional! It was my birthday and they went out of their way to make me feel special by sending a complimentary bottle of Champagne and cake. They even upgraded my room.

My experienced staying overnight at the Peninsula truly remarkable and unforgettable experience. Also, all the staff are very friendly from the door personnel, drivers, receptionist, room service. It is absolutely perfect service. I will recommend your hotel to all my friends and associates seeking a wonderful time and experience in Tokyo. I am looking forward to come and visit again/

The hotel is modern and very cool, with several displays of modern art. The staff is incredibly attentive and makes sure all your requests are properly taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special stay. I would also just like to say that the lobby musicians were incredibly good and definitely made the afternoon tea much more special!

Amazing customer service during this awful pandemic and lockdown in Tokyo. The concierge did everything to accommodate our needs, and helped with the T clinic for the PCR test for our son who was flying to Frankfurt. The

All the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We stayed there for my birthday and they all welcomed me with birthday greetings which was really thoughtful. They assisted with the room setup and even gave us a complementary birthday cake. The bell boy was extra helpful on taking care of our things as we checked in and out the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional too! Overall it was a splendid experience! Thank you so much!

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a proposal at a fancy place. The staff was super helpful and everything went smooth. My fiance was super happy and we had a great experience

They cleaned up the room twice a day. I felt very comfortable even during the COVID-19.

Very friendly and service minded staff that went beyond what they had to. For example when they heard it was my wife’s birthday a cake was sent to the room at no cost. Excellent English from everybody I talked to.
