AustraliaI love that there was free admenities at Level 20 and the services from the receptionist. Facilities and room are well maintained.
SingaporeBreakfast is on the 19th floor over looking the harbour. It’s self serving. Food is adequate but the price has gone up from 2000 yen to 2500 yen on our 2nd stay after 2 weeks.

CanadaThe hotel location is great. "OK Store" department store is also available nearby, so we can easily buy foodstuffs and anything we need. The price is affordable for the certain days. Overall staying at the hotel is really an enjoyable experience for us.
IndonesiaThe room is tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The big bathroom is really good. Breakfast is tasteful and a big supermarket, convenient shops are nearby. The location is a little far from Yokohama station and needs to take another line to 新高島 and walk about 8 minutes to the hotel. If you have a car, then it is perfect as there is hotel parking with charge. Walkable distance to main shopping malls and nearby attractions. Amenities can be taken at the reception floor according to their own use, which is a good idea and avoids wastage.
