The hotel was right next to the train station, which had bike rentals. The property had bike rentals and moped rentals. Located close to Times Car rental. Utilizing these rentals I was able to see everything Wakkanai had to offer. I met many locals and other travelers in the lobby. Shared drinks and even went sight seeing with them. The staff was super helpful even though I don't know Japanese.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Since it's my first time here in Wakkanai and first time I experience snow storm I was glad that the staff Nohara (I think it was on her name tag) was really helpful and very welcoming. The Room I stayed into, I definitely recommend this place to you all, room was great and spacious mostly for a family of 3 or group friend of 3, I posted a video of the room on my Facebook so my friends and friend if friends can see how nice and clean the room here.

The location is fabulous. It’s right across the road from the railway station and bus terminal, and Pokémon manhole cover. The ferry terminal is nearby as are three car rental outlets. Free parking is within 100 metres. The shared living area is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has all that is required to make simple dinners or heat up a combini dinner. The free drip coffee is fabulous. There is a variety of accommodation options available to suit individuals through to families. The facilities are very clean and maintained throughout the day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. English isn’t a strong point but they have a devise to commute. It’s always fun trying as well. There is information available in English and some other languages. I will stay again on my next visit to Wakkanai.

Very clean and modern place, with kind staff and a big shared kitchen and common room area. It’s was well heated as well since I stayed there in winter. I felt very comfortable! Besides the train station is right in front.
