The hotel reception is located on the 26th floor and easiest pedestrian access is via level 2 from the station external concourse (turn right at Dean & Deluca if you are coming off the train). The hotel is very minimal, clean and pleasant and the rooms are well appointed and spacious. The buffet breakfast was varied and very nice. Staff are pleasant and courteous.”“0”

“Lovely hotel set at the doorstep of Shinagawa, it beats my previous stays with the convenient bridge walkway linking to the hotel lift lobby. Limited rooms meant it didn't feel overly crowded but probably Covid played a part. Some may find the breakfast selection a bit limited but they actually taste so good that you wouldn't mind the lack of variety. Spacious room comes with a view of planes landing over Haneda, the only pity was the incessant fog that probably blocked the view of Mount Fuji for the whole duration of the stay. Staffing is definitely adequate which helps the excellent service level immensely. Was very grateful for an hour checkout extension which definitely leaves a wonderful final impression of the hotel.”“0”
