Concierge staff did a terrific job making restaurant reservations. Excellent buffet breakfast included in our room price had very good Japanese and Western food, including eggs cooked to order. Satellite concierge at Kyoto train station provided convenient bag storage while we ate lunch prior to train departure. We found shuttle buses to and from train station every 20 minutes convenient and on time even during busy times (despite being warned of possible delays during peak traffic).
