The location is great - just near Tanuki Koji, reataurants and shops; easy to access local rail and tram, plus airport bus. The room was comfortable and had the most comfortable beds and pillows of all the 5 hotels in our trip. The room was well designed and appointed - something that is important considering the small size of most Japanese hotel rooms (tip: try to get at least a 20m square room if 2 people want to be able to open suitcases in any Japanese hotel room). The hotel staff were delighted to provide good information and assistance. It was good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. There is more that one T Mark hotel in Sapporo - be sure to check the address so you don't go to the wrong hotel (like we did).

Location was good, close to shops and transport. Friendly staff. Nice room with lots of space. Next door to Ghengis Kahn restaurant was delicious, but small portions. We were lucky to have snow falling when we arrived, that was definitely the highlight!

The location is great for exploring Sapporo. It is a 15 minute walk to the JR train station... and you can do most of it underground instead of dragging bags through the snow. The hotel is near the covered shopping arcade which is full of small, interesting restaurants. The room was bigger than expected and with a really well designed bathroom with a small plunge style bath. This hotel is excellent value for money.
