We stayed at Tokyo bay with the intention of going to the Disney Parks and visiting Central Tokyo. However where we stayed was further out than we had initially expected about 1 hour on the tube to get to central Tokyo. It wasn't a deal breaker but there wasn't much around to do outside of the theme parks other than going to Downtown Disney for food or shopping. We opted to just stay around Disney for the last few days due to this as we had two children with us and they were pretty tired at the end of our trip and it felt a slightly more convenient to do so.
Unfortunately we didn't see much else of Urayasu so I cant really provide much in the way of feedback.

I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies.
I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies. Refreshing waters near front desk, water supplied in rooms was handy and bathroom products were beautiful and plentiful. The one downfall was the very hard beds. Great pillows though. We had 3 adults and it would’ve been nice to have a bed instead of futon for our third adult. Staff were great and very helpful with great English.

easy access to both Disneyland's with courtesy bus right at the front door. Amazing space all round. More information required for travellers as staff stare blankly when asked any questions even with google translate. Manager Raymond was wonderful but we met him on our last night

Because of Disneyland n many new hotels lately n Disney stores at the hotel so easy to grab n shop if u can't go to Disney Land or resort when u don't if the time . Urayasu is actually a sea n great development of high tech n housing n shopping mall created so it's alive n enjoyable now
Taking the mushino line in the morning is battling the crowd is super crazy if u visit Disneyland or resort n by car if in summer holiday u may be stuck fr a while n jam at peak hrs
It's always crowded with pple going to the hotel or Disneyland so cafes are great fr a quick grab n bites n my advise avoid holiday season go on a normal day at least is a bit better.

Although a bit far from the city center, it was near Disneysea where we wanted to go and the train station is just a short walk away. Also near are restaurants like McDonalds, Wendys, and KFC as well as other eateries serving local dishes. There are convenience stores just nearby and also bus stops not too far from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and is kept clean daily, the staff helpful and friendly, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.
