The location is just next to the Chinese street and the business center so very convenient. Our room is not too small ( in Japanese standards). Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Large room with double bed for the standard in Japan. With Genius price and the day we went, we paid only 6,300 JPY which is a great value for the room. Usually in Japan in the price range 6,000 JPY we got only a tiny room (8-10m2) with a semi-double bed at most. However I have seen that 1 day earlier, the price would have been 20,000 JPY which will be not worth it at all. Good location in Motomachi at the entrance of Chinatown. Can reach by walk (within 20-30 min) many places: sannomiya, port, ...

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and convenient to stay in many aspects: for example, its location (right next to the Motomachi shopping streets, China town, Kobe Port Tower/Park and Mosaic, all are within a working distance of 5 to 20 min). The staffs were nice and kind, in particular, Hyo-Eun Kim who recommended us some famous local stores!
