The room was wide and very comfortable for two guests. We had room to sit and get ready, the bathroom was wider than a lot of hotels in a similar location. The convenience Store right by the hotel is open all night which was helpful, and the hotel partners with the family restaurant downstairs for a rebate on their breakfast sets. We could leave our luggage before and after our stay and staff was extremely friendly. Although it is only a couple meters away from bustling Shibuya station, it's a very quiet corner.

The hotel is nice for its type -- not fancy, but not Spartan. Good value for money property. The lobby lounge was surprisingly comfortable and sunny, with a free coffee machine (and halfway decent coffee!) available. But the rooms are the sales point: washing machine, microwave oven, IH heater, pots, cups, etc. included. You could easily stay here for a week and gradually LOWER your living costs in Tokyo -- do your laundry in-room, buy food at the nearby Family Mart and cook it yourself or buy a bento and heat it up. In short, practical and economical.

I've been to many hotels in Tokyo and the standard is pretty small. This hotel was extremely large in comparison. Plenty of room to walk around, and the bathroom was an actual REAL bathroom with space to dry yourself after a shower!
