Great old style mountain lodge just off the main road. Breakfast and dinner were prepared by a sweet woman with years of experience and knowledge about the area. Lots of guests from all over the world but still had a nostalgic Japanese feel.

I loved EVERYTHING about this property! The lady owner was so so sweet! I would go back there just to see her again! We stayed in the cottage which had a fireplace, bathroom and a seperate Onsen for our exclusive use. The booking included breakfast which was simple but delicious. We took our own car, but a bus stops about 50m away from the accomodation to take you to the snow resorts. I had pre-purchased out lift tickets, but I saw signs saying you could buy discounted tickets at reception. There is a ski storage room as well. The beds were comfortable and warm. The heating was more than adequate. There is a microwave abs toaster oven, hot water urn and small fridge. Just take your own cutlery!

Breakfast was very tasty, standard bread, eggs, ham, jam, and our host was gracious and inviting! Awesome baths connected to each shower that were available in the evening and fantastic after a day on the slopes - in addition, the drying room attached to the garage that ran for a certain time period each night is a great idea to allow skiers/boarders to dry their gear dry overnight.

The host at Kazamidori was very friendly. She was so accommodating with our needs for luggage storage and transport. She cooked breakfast every morning and ensured we were organised for our ski lift passes.

Midori the owner was amazing and really helpful, also very funny and great cook. Good location, 10 min walk to Kanko skifield and the township, bus stop 260m away which had shuttles going to a variety of skifields including Kanko, Lotte Aria and more. But even still the lodge provides a free shuttle to the local close ski fields and train station.

The owner and her husband are very friendly and always ready to help. They took us for free several times in their car which helped a lot to explore the neighboring resorts. House was big enough for five people. There was a shower in the house and a separate house with a bath. There were no problems with hot water and internet

Le petit cottage est super! Il est très confortable, c’est très bien pour 5 personnes. La pension Woody House est très bien située: - 30 min en bus de Myoko Station - 15 min à pied des pistes Nos hôtes nous ont proposé de nous conduire à plusieurs reprises ce qui fut très appréciable! Le petit déjeuner est servi tous les matins à la pensions en face du cottage, le petit déjeuner était simple et bon.
