Clean. I liked the style of the room with the separate shower, toilet, and washing basin. The breakfast at an extra 1400yen was worth it, with an excellent buffet and selection of Japanese and Western foods. Price in March of 2023 of $260 for 4 nights (excluding breakfast) was excellent value for money. Location is good, being close to two subway lines, and the great Hisaya-Odori park and Mirai Tower.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in In Japan. The room was decently sized the bed was extremely comfortable there were soft and hard pillows, there was a little sofa in the room, the spacious public bath had not only an inside bath but an outside bath as well, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. everything was done perfectly . And one more thing: 11 AM (not 10!) check-out.
