Staff was friendly and helpful but limited English. Didn’t get breakfast included so had to pay extra. Buffet was good but pricey. They also had a really nice looking bakery but it was too crowded with a very long line.

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Center near the waterfront, and savor the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Outdoor markets sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.
Crowded,train stations madness
Big metropolis but with lots of quaint areas to explore and also has the modern hitech side .lots of different food options.people very polite for big city.its def a city that comes alive at night.shinjuku nice to stay in.good transport system but some stations confusing- they are huge and busy.it can be overwhelming after a 24hr journey to get there when tired.

Tokyo is an exciting country to visit. It is large and to fully immerse yourself, takes at least a couple of weeks. The culture is fascinating, people friendly and customer focused. Everything works, trains run on time and are clean. Hotel staff are welcoming, shop staff helpful. We will return to fully explore this beautiful country.

This was my first time visiting Tokyo and it won't be my last! Tokyo is now my favorite city and I want to go there many more times and also explore more places in Japan.
The food is incredible and I both shopping and food was very affordable, in my opinion. There were so many things to see and do and a lot of exciting neighbourhoods to explore.
Cool designed hotel in an amazing location, connected directly to Shibuya station via the sky walk with plenty of restaurants in the building complex. Short train/subway ride away from all major things to see and do in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were compact (which is to be expected in Japan) but still well laid out and functional. Breakfast was tasty with a mix of continental and Asian options and housekeeping always did a nice job when touching up the room.
Comparing to the boring business hotels like APA, the interior design of this hotel looks more stylish and has a great Japanese touch. Sleeping on the tatami could be an interesting experience as long as you can get used to a slightly harder bed. The staffs are very welcoming and professional, and the price was also reasonable. The hotel is within walkable distance to Akihabara Station which has great access to most of the major places of interest in Tokyo.
This hotel is located in a central part of Shibuya and is easily walkable to Harajuku. It has a "cool" vibe with an Italian restaurant on the main floor and a coffee shop/bar on the ground floor. The staff were helpful when we needed them but generally hands-off as you check-in and check-out on computers in the lobby yourself. Our room was on the 13th floor so we didn't hear any street noise, which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall.
The room was huge by Tokyo standards. It was very clean, the toilet separated from the shower/bath is convenient and the tub is big.
The location is very convenient, also there is a 24 hour family mart on the corner and a Lawson one block away. There is a cafe/restaurant and block away and you are very close to all the new Shibuya station hotels and restaurants. The washer and dryer in the unit made it easy to travel light.
Great hotel. Friendly, courteous, well mannered staff. Complimentary coffee / espresso machine that offered barista options available all day was a nice perk. Art installations on every floor were beautiful. French toast breakfast was amazing. Convenient subway access to the rest of Tokyo. Neighborhood felt professional and business friendly. Very safe and quiet. Haven away from the chaos of Shibuya and Shinjuku.
The location is nice for exploring Tokyo. It's about a 10 minute walk to several metro and train stations. The bed was comfy and was a joy to come back to at the end of a long day adventuring. They provide pretty much everything you need with bathroom toiletries and even have earplugs if another guest is being loud. There are also western-style showers too. In some other capsule hotels, the showers are communal.
Great location, great staff, comfy rooms and clean facilities. The lunch menu at Bellustar restaurant was awesome, simply delicious. The hotel is on Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, where you also have Bandai Namco Tokyo, an awesome food hall with live music and great food, as well as bars and restaurants. Close to the Shinjuku station as well. All around, I would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything!
close to the fish market where you can enjoy some wonderful food.
also you have 2 lawson store down the hotel( food, drinks).
for a first time in Tokyo, Ginza is your best area to stay, clean, no too crowded comparing to Harajuku, Shinjuku or Shibuya. many wonderful restaurants as well.
we loved staying at this hotel, staff is great, hotel super clean and quite spacious comparing other hotels.
Perfect location for enjoying Sakura as the hotel grounds had beautiful gardens, water features, lit up trees and decoration for the Sakura season. It was so stunning - both on the ground level and view from the rooms.
Location is a bit far from the main busy areas of Shinjuku abd Shibuya but easy to get to thr train and go any which direction.
Japanese breakfast buffet was lovely too.
Hotel Royal Park is the BEST HOTEL of all the hotels and place that we stayed in !!💜❤️♥️. It’s in between of everything , trains station, restaurants, coffee shops , hotels … you name everything is within our reach!! LOVE LOVE IT 😍. I think when going back to Tokyo for weekend get away… Royal park hotel is the kind of hotel that you want to keep going back to stay in .
Rooms were bigger than usual for a hotel in Tokyo. Very clean and well kept utensils. Beds were very clean, firm and comfortable. Can move the beds to make one big bed for my husband, myself and my baby. Staff can speak English well, one of them recommended breakfast in the area when we checked out. So good!
The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Shinjuku station, close to the Kabukicho/Golden Gai area.
It is very safe, with bars and restaurants open til late. The capsules are comfortable with a TV and a fan, and it is cleaned every day. Other hosts respected silent time. The hotel provides amenities.
The location is fantastic, it's across from Kinshicho station, where you can choose JR or Tokyo Metro. The room was small but breakfast buffet was excellent and fun. Compared to the hotels in the center of Tokyo (Ginza/Tokyo station/Shibuya), the cost performance is excellent. Perfect for tourists.
The location of this hotel was prime! Very close to shinjuku station and local metro
lines. The breakfast gave you a variety of option to fill you up. Rooms here are larger than you would find in other tokyo hotels but they ate still on the small side.
Great location. Easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Perfect for us since my husband was running the Tokyo marathon and it started literally outside the hotel ! Decent sized rooms with good amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast .
Convenient no frills capsule hotel in Shinjuku.
Close to metro, very comfortable mattress and pillow. The sleep area is quiet as packing and showers are on another floor altogether. Japanese toilet on every floor
The food And drink area free of charge all day long. The public bath. The available facilities. The cleanliness. Definitely a luxury capsule hotel.
Also the position, stone away from Shinjuku station.
location-wise the hotel was perfect for our trip. walking distance to asakusa tourist attractions and easy access to tokyo metro for shinjuku, shibuya, ginza, and many other places
Great location near to Shinjuku station. The hotel has many facilities including multiple restaurants, shops etc. Rooms are good but compact, as per most other Tokyo hotels
