Gail's driver met me at the airport. Even though I arrived later than expected, she had food to offer me. Gail is very warm and hospitable. The location near the airport was perfect. But then Gail saved my holiday. I accidently left my toiletries and important medication when I left for an early flight. Gail found them, notified me, then sent them to me via another driver. Because Gail had encouraged me to allow extra time, I was able to wait for my things and still get on my flight.
