We booked a Superior Room, which has its own bathroom with a nice shower. Lots of space. Nice set up. Nice coffee shops and grocery stores are two blocks away. Cheap home made meals are everywhere in the neighborhood. Souvenir shops are in Qiyal Bazar - steps away from the hotel. Hotel staff is also very nice.

We stayed in a private room on the second floor of the main building, so we can only comment on that. The room was brand new and very comfortable. Very hot water with great pressure. Amazing soundproofing. Beautiful spacious backyard with kitchen facilities and lots of seating areas - perfect for the lazy afternoons. The location can be hit or miss - depending on what you are looking for. Tons of money exchange places and ATMs, many airline ticket offices right next door. However, the proximity to the market makes the area very chaotic, rundown and sketchy. The hotel is an oasis of calm in this very busy hub. It was also a bit of a hike to the nearest restaurant, but the market is obviously right there if you are ok to cook.
