From the start, we felt welcomed at this delightful small hotel (with available further facilities in big brother hotel across the road!) and also appreciated the excellent modern facilities and helpful responses of the staff who were very caring in a genuine way. They staff were especially responsive during heavy rain, ensuring we had everything we needed. We have travelled quite widely, but have never experienced more helpful staff. We were particularly impressed with the ways they worked well together.

An amazing hotel a stone throw away from Pub street. The staff is INCREDIBLE, we have never experienced such hospitality, and the genuine care they showed towards us was very heart warming. They were at service all the time to assist our every kinds of needs, which made our stay absolutely comfortable: Angkor tours, spa, dining, tuc tuc - really everything! And not to forget, the hotel and the provided services also deserve 5 stars. A memorable stay for all of us (family of 4). Thank all of You again and we promised to be definitely back!

Great hotel near the bar area. Quiet, with super friendly staff, all of them! Nice pool, nice and very spacious room. Great food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast could be improved. Book a massage, you won’t regret! You can book the excursions directly at the hotel reception. All drivers and guides are very friendly and will take good care of you. Bring lots of small change, as you need to tip the hotel staff, the drivers and guides. They deserve and need it to improve their income. Highly recommended hotel.

We had a wonderful stay and I enjoyed my birthday dinner at the hotel. Alice and her colleagues are very helpful and friendly. Pick up service was great. Big room and nice bathroom. Don't miss the swimming pool and the massage. The driver Lucky arranged by the hotel is also very considerate and attentive.

The staff were fantastic, as was the buffet breakfast every morning. There was great variety and also vegan options including soy milk. Vitheara at the reception was extremely helpful offering to arrange activities etc for us. Also thanks to Ana for being so friendly and welcoming. Transfer service to and from the airport was so convenient. The rooms were fantastic, very comfortable, and the pools were also really beautiful.
