I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. The hotel offers welcome local fruit juice and banana chips. Helps with literary day wise. For morning Angkor tour hands packed breakfast early 5 Am in the morning. The hotel room is great with a comfy bed a private bathroom balcony all essential. Breakfast spread is good. I highly recommend it to travellers.

What truly made my experience exceptional were their outstanding employees I encountered, all staff there were amazing and friendly. First, Phop greeted us very professionally, ensuring a swift check-in process with a warm friendly smile. Then, Chris, was not only helpful with my luggage but also provided great tips on nearby attractions. Lastly, Sokha, was prompt and friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. To mention when I couldn’t sleep due to jet lag, we chatted together until early hours in the morning and it felt like I found a family member! Their efficiency and friendliness truly elevated my experience no doubt would make me return on my next trip to Siem Reap. Amazing staff, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs however the general state of the hotel was not good so there was nothing they could do. Breakfast omelette was great. Lunch and welcome drinks were good. The flexibility to arrange a tour of Angkor Wat was good. Tuk tuk drivers were friendly.
