We liked Siem Reap because it felt authentically Cambodian but with enough resources to meet your needs.
At times it is dusty, hot and somewhat chaotic but in a nice small town kind of way.
In addition the Cambodian people are probably the nicest I have ever met.
From an activity perspective the Angkor Wat complex probably needs 3 or 4 days minimum and then there are enough other things to do around the area to keep one busy for another 2 weeks if one so wished.

Get there before more people get there.
Get there before more people get there. Big enough that there are lots of options. Small and clean enough to feel comfortable. The Covid rebound has not taken full affect so there are tourists but not insane. Very good food options at all price points, options for tours, cheap transportation, we came away impressed and would recommend it.

A journey deep into the heart of memory.
A journey deep into the heart of memory.
We really had a great time while staying there, the place is quiet and peaceful, the team was really supportive and friendly. Specially, Davy who is the owner had toured us around the houses and it was really good that we got to know the story of each house, the house that we stayed was around 160- year old, it was rebuilt and preserved as the same structure but, added some more decoration to look into another version of the house , this was so amazing.
Hope we can come here back again!

Great spot.
Great spot. We toured the temples with KKO Off Track that are an NGO undertaking tours using the back paths through fields and forest to reach deserted temples as well as the big hitters.
Apopo Hero Rat Centre on the Angkor wat road is also a massive hit. You’ll love it

Siam Reap is one of the nicest, cleanest cities in all of...
Siam Reap is one of the nicest, cleanest cities in all of Cambodia. The restaurants are top notch and the variety and availability of many types of cuisine is notable. Transportation around town is easy with tuk tuks and taxis everywhere - I do recommend downloading and using the GRAB app to get an idea of what actual prices for transport are. Dollars are used in preference to the local currency but if change is involved you'll get Rial which most places accept (but would rather have dollars)
Possibly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Not 5 star luxury, but small, friendly, boutique (I hate that word but it fits in this case). We had a family room, a few steps from one of the swimming pools. It was large, spacious and very comfortable. The three small pools were beautiful - it was an absolute oasis to return to after mornings exploring the area. Breakfasts were fabulous - and lovely to have great Italian coffee!
A great hotel with comfortable spacious rooms! The location is also amazing, right in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops around. This was our second hotel during the trip to Siem Reap and we chose it because of comfortable and big rooms for a very affordable price 👏 Everything was clean, cozy and welcoming! The personal and the owner are so kind, helping and friendly people! Definitely recommend 🤌
This hotel is not so far from the city center and other tourist attractions. I got a warm welcome from the front desk staff during checking in with professional and experienced staffs. The room is spacious with well prepared amenities plus I never forget how beautiful is was of the sunset view from our balcony.
Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the best experience during our stay in Siem Reap.
For such a good price, this hotel really delivers. The location is great, a close walk to pub street and a one minute walk from my favorite spa, The Spa Siem Reap. At the hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and they helped us book tours to the temples. The tuk tuk driver booked through the hotel was very friendly and helped us throughout our excursions. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly. Number one tip: eat at the in-house restaurant. It was the best food we had in Siem Reap, really excellent. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and they have Tuk Tuks that the hotel can organize for you. The owner is on site and friendly, and altogether this is a great experience. It's a small, boutique hotel.
The hotel is located in the center of Siem Reap, near Pub Street and a lot of spas and restaurants, yet it is very quiet.
The pool is big enough to even spend a relaxing day there, a lot of plants create a nice atmosphere.
Mr. Phy and all of his colleagues were very kind and helpful, a problem regarding the door of our room was fixed within five minutes.
I absolutely loved my stay at Angkor Land Urban Boutique! The location is perfect - nearby to all the best attractions in Siem Reap. The staff were so welcoming and the room was reasonably priced with breakfast included. The room was comfortable and had free wifi, and the pool was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
Excellent location in the center of Siem Reap next to Pub Street and the Old Market. Many
eateries around and a 7 eleven 2' walk. A nice balcony where you could watch the world go by. The staff friendly and very helpful. Although hotels in S.R are generally reasonably priced this one was one of the best priced hotel I ever stayed in.
Wonderful hotel in the middle of Siem Reap. Near pub street but still quiet. Great design from the outside. Wonderful pool. Fantastic friendly people working at the hotel, so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic (3 options to choose from) and also the coffee. Free water every day and the air con worked fine.
Beautiful residence with a great team of superb friendly staff ….large rooms with balconies and good views of the stunning garden and swimming pool ….good value for money and a great place to explore Angkor and the town of Siem Reap ….one of the best hotels in Siem Reap
Staffs are very friendly and kind. They offered us many services, which made our trip convenient for us, and also introduced the Siem Reap city, Angkor, and local place to travel.
We had a very wonderful time in our three day travel in Cambodia 🇰🇭! This hotel is 👍!
This resort is beautiful - one of our best hotel stays in Siem Reap. Cambodians are the most courteous and friendly people we've had the pleasure to meet.
The staff provided great hospitality and helpfulness during my stay. Overall experience was wonderful.
brand new hotel, in a very quite area of the city, super clean and comfortable, probably the best value for your money in Siem Reap. offer basic breakfast but enough to kick off your day and staff is polite and discreet.
The best choice in Siem Reap , great location , Tuk Tuk always available in front of hotel , staff are friendly and warm welcome . We loved everything we definitely return .
Stunning stay. If you’re looking for a luxury stay without a premium price tag, this is your place. The pool was incredible and such an oasis. Absolutely loved this hotel.
