I will start with our favorite person from staff that really made a difference to our experience: Kimhong. All members of staff were very helpful but if it wasn’t for him I would have rated lower -he just made us forget about all the little inconveniences. Speaks great english compared to other members of staff, is enthusiastic, and very attentive to guests and finally loved his genuine recommendations about the spa treatments! We did 3 in total: both massages and my facial were great- huge thanks to the spa staff providing us an excellent experience! We also liked a lot the common space- spent two days by the pool reading my book and really enjoyed it! Finally thanks to all staff that prepared for us a romantic surprise to celebrate our anniversary and engagement! It was lovely!

The villa that we stayed at was amazing. We had the pool view balcony that takes 10 steps to the happy hour bar and 3 steps to the pool. We love our room, it was very spacious, clean and well setup. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. The food was decently good as well. It is about 8mins drive on Tuk Tuk to go to Pub Street and 20-25mins to Angkor Wat.

Stylishly decorated hotel, big rooms, friendly staff, a little outside town, but within easy reach by tuktuk. As a bonus, the hotel offers free tuktuk ride to town between 5 and 8pm and 1 free cocktail between 6 and 7pm

The architecture was incredible! Everything was very well kept despite the staff crisis in Asia. ( Shortage of personal around all of Asia) The rooms are very spacious and well appointed! The bath tube is huge! easily fits two! The first floor is definitely the place to stay! There is a free cocktail happy hour from 18:00! The breakfast is a feast and changes every day. You should really try the Khmer breakfast with spring rolls. If something is not available they will cook it for you. But most of all THE STAFF! Everybody working there couldn't do anything more to make our stay pleasant. They were genuinely caring and helpful! Thank you so much!

What an excellent place. My friend and me have spent there a few days for celebrating NY, and it was awesome. The stuff is extremely helpful and attentive. They took care of us and tried to make our stay even more excited. Thank you so much the stuff for their support and kindness🙏 The hotel provides free rides downtown from 17 till 20, and also free airport shuttle. Spa treatments were with 50% discount, and it was excellent. The room service was amazing, the restaurant with local dishes are very delicious. And every evening from 6-7 we had free drinks near the pool☺️ Rooms are beautiful, clean, large and very comfortable, you can find everything what you need. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is cute and relaxing, there is so quite place. If you want to receive amazing experience during your trip in Siem Reap, we would recommend this hotel!
