Spacious rooms, lovely food and service by the staff. A little bit of a distance from the city but you have a clear view of the river.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and lovely view from my room to the river and city center, presidential palace etc... Breakfast was great, only issue was that no real fresh fruit juices. Fitness area is very good for someone who is not a professional bodybuilder, maybe some equipment can be added, as there is plenty of space. The swimming pool was great: about 30 m X 30 m, and you could swim nicely. The hotel is 200 m away from the ferry point which brings you directly to the city center in 10 minutes, avoiding traffic jam. The staff has been always helpful and smiling. I was there on business but the next day I could feel more on vacation rather than business.

The location. Premium spot across the Tonle Sap river in front of the Royal Palace. Away from too much congestion of Phnom Penh but close enough to get to the centre in 10 minutes but tuk tuk. 10 minutes distance by ferry across the river to the city costing 50 cents AUD.

The staff were excellent, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and the food was delicious. We also ate at the Bel Cibo hotel restaurant, the food there was also very good. We enjoyed the location, it was easy to get into central Phnom Penh and every tour we went on offered easy hotel pick up.

L’hôtel est plus ancien que les autres hôtels avec 5 étoiles à Phnom Penh. Cependant les équipements sont bien entretenus, la propreté des chambres et de la piscine était satisfaisante et le personnel était très agréable. La vue de notre chambre sur la rivière fut magnifique. La taille des chambres était également plus spacieuse que la moyenne. Le lit était également très spacieux avec de nombreux coussins ce qui est un petit plus car les coussins supplémentaires représentent un confort supplémentaire. Même si l’hôtel ne présente pas la même modernité que ses concurrents, il vaut largement ses 5 étoiles.
