This is a really nice place to stay and good value for money. The room is large, very clean and comfortable. There is a fridge, lots of furniture to store your belongings and sockets next to the bed. Large bathroom with good amenities and very clean. AC worked well, lots of nice lighting and the WiFi was good. We got picked up from the airport for free and we booked the same driver for a tour of Siem Reap.

Loved our stay at Uncle Sam Villa, felt like we were being welcomed into someones home. Everyone was always very welcoming and nothing was a problem even when we were the only ones there. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of options and freshly cooked. (Banana Crepes were the go to) and the coffee was great. Location was fantastic! You are tucked away down an allyway, but still felt right in town, not far from pub street and if you need a change in food, there is a delicious and fresh Italian restaurant across the road from the ally. Panha was their tuk tuk driver and he is fantastic, from picking us up from the airport, taking us to the evening circus (and making sure he was at the door waiting for us afterwards), taking us around town for half the day and returning us to the airport, I would highly recommend! He never pushed us to hurry at any of our stops around town, gave us as much time as we needed at the markets etc and was always waiting exactly where he told us.

Uncle Sam Villa made my trip to Cambodia easy. They picked me up from the airport, arranged my tours and activities where I got picked up from the accommodation, and breakfast was included which was a bonus. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk from loads of nice restaurants and markets

The hotel is well located, within a few minutes' walk to Pub street and with many good coffee places in the area. The room itself is relatively large and well equipped, the AC is strong and cools the room quickly. The pillows are great with one being very soft and the other firm so you have both options, 2 bottles of water are provided free daily.

One of the best locations you can choose for your stay. Facilities were also great. Room however was not as clean as expected, a lot of the dust was brushed under the bed and the toilet hair etc were in the toilet bowl when we checked in. Other than these errors the cleanliness was actually not too bad.

We really liked the location of the hotel, very convenient. The room was cleaned and the beds comfortable. The girl at the reception was very helpful in buying circus tickets and try and help us with everything.
