The staff were very welcoming and helpful right from the get go - they changed their accommodation list to give us a room on a lower floor when they saw my partner had knee problems. They gave us fantastic advice about and recommended a guide and driver for our one day visit to the Angkor temples (short tour - still 6 hrs! Mr T an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide - couldn’t have hoped for better) and recommended one Apsara Dance and dinner over another (which also happened to be less expensive) and both were great. The pool was clean and ‘refreshing’ and a poolside read every day was a must to cool down from a day’s hard touristing. The breakfast was adequate but not fantastic and drinks on their patio were very pleasant.

We highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating the entire time, especially since we had a very late flight they let us use the spare room to shower even after checkout. What’s not advertised on Booking is that the hotel offers a tea time with fresh teas and snacks free of charge from 3-5pm! The pool was BEAUTIFUL and the room was very comfortable. The location was also perfect since it’s a very quick walk to Pub Street and the night markets.

We stayed at the Urban on Nov 2023. The staffing was amazing, always trying to please our needs. There is a nice restaurant with a variety of food and drinks. Rooms are clean and the pool area is pleasant. We had a good time staying here.

This property is in a great location and has a beautiful vibe and size of a boutique experience. The food at the airy restaurant is delicious and lounging at the pool after morning excursions was lovely. One of the best assets of this property is the staff. From the moment we arrived, Tommy made sure all of our needs were met. We were always greeted and attended to with a personal and helpful touch. Also, the location is perfect. A short walk to Pub Street yet in a quiet and relaxing spot. Highly recommend!! Also, nice that they can provide private transportation to/from the new airport which is an hour away and worth it.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and I cannot recommend this place enough!! The staff was absolutely incredible (shoutout to Jack and Phy!), the place is centrally located (5-10 min walk from Pub Street and tons of restaurants and cafes), and the rooms were very nice! The hotel restaurant also serves a great breakfast and free afternoon tea/snacks which we really enjoyed. They also help you coordinate tours which was super helpful. Definitely recommend if staying in Siem Reap!

Very conveniently located right outside of the Angkor Night market. ~20mins to the Angkor Wat core sites. Very tasty and reasonably priced restaurant with Khmer and Western options. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and they’re all young people eager to work hard and help you. Really flattered by their service quality. The best thing is that they will pair you with a Tuk Tuk Driver and custom tailor your daily itinerary based off what you want to do. I had Mr Thy who was very patient and knowledgeable and took me all around Angkor, Kbal Spean, Tonle Sap Lake, and the Roulous group. The tours are very reasonably priced and you don’t have to pay extra for food / fuel like in India. I really appreciate what you guys are doing for the community at the Urban in empowering youth, providing opportunities to formerly homeless, and creating a good stay
