The location is nice since it is near the beach and yeah the Amazon Cafe is just a walk across the road which is very convenient. It is quiet, at least during our time there which is exactly what we need. The room was ok and spacious, but we book 4 rooms and one of the rooms had an issue with the air-con and another room had some bad smell, but it was later fine on the 2nd day. The staff was very nice and supportive. Overall, I had a great experience.

We came down to stay the night before catching the ferry for one of the islands the next day. We had our dog with us, so this hotel is very accommodating and that was great for us. It is a sweet little hotel that faces the ocean. The beach area for the hotel is small and just across the clean, big new street. It is in a quiet area 20 minutes south of Sihanoukville. The restaurant is also great and allowed us to bring our dog. The rooms are quiet and had great AC. Would come again when traveling with our dog, or without.

High expectations based on the recommendation of a friend and the photos of this lovely place. Best assets are definitely the closeness to the beach and very warm and helpful staff. Breakfast choices were good and delicious, with additional provisions of fruits, bread, milk, yoghurt. Had an excellent room right by the pool which we enjoyed thoroughly.

The staff were so kind and helpful (and fluent in English) - especially when we had to leave early for a family emergency. We asked the hotel to make bookings for e.g. chartering a boat for snorkelling, and providing a picnic and taxi transfers, and the cost was not significantly higher than arranging direct - but so much easier. And the breakfasts were amazing! And the beach, so close and so beautiful, and safe!
