One of the property's unique features is its vantage point for unobstructed vistas. Frequent companions in the landscape are playful wild monkeys. These agile neighbors are delightful to watch and pose no threat. It's a special treat to see an entire troupe, including newborns. You may also encounter local sheep and cows as they traverse unmarked trails to their feeding spaces or watering areas. This all takes you back to a simpler time. Caribbean living awaits you.

The property is steeped in plantation history, earning its name "Milliken Estate" from a former owner, James Milliken. When the French were driven out of St. Kitts in 1710, Milliken acquired the 200-acre Monkey Hill plantation, which became the family's main source of income for the next century. The Sugar Works Chimney at Monkey Hill, St. Kitts still stands today as a historical landmark. The area features modern homes and is generally very quiet, with residents respecting your privacy. Locals are friendly and welcoming. Located on the outskirts of the main capital, Basseterre is 12 minutes away via car.
