The staff were all excellent. very professional. housekeeping was friendly fly and efficient. if I returned it would be because of the staff working there. super helpful.

Great value. We stayed in the jumbo twin which had a massive king sized bed and a twin bed. The room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was close to Jamsil Olympic Stadium, which was convenient if you were going to a K-pop concert or a baseball game. It is a 10- to 15-minute walk or two train stops. The hotel is located next to the metro Samseong station exit one, which has an elevator for international travelers with large luggage. Please give way to the elderly and pregnant women first, as the elevators are designated for their use. Because of my long travel, I was allowed early check-in and appreciated the GLAD check-in staff. During my stay, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless. Housekeeping opens and ventilates rooms on a daily basis as a COVID prevention measure. Sheets and pillow cases, as well as towels, were changed daily.

A fantastic location. I've seen this hotel several times when booking for Seoul but I've never stayed here til now. I was attending a trade show at COEX and this is LITERALLY across the street from it. It's next to the Park Hyatt as well. It's on the #1 exit on the 2 line at Samseong station so you can't go wrong. Check in was very easy, the staff were very friendly and there are 2 restaurants and a coffee bar in the hotel. The steakhouse offers take out/room service, which is nice. The rooms are a bit small but that's pretty standard in Seoul. Storage for clothing is a bit limited as well, but I used packing cubes — and they had interesting shelving which ended up working out.
