Hah Guesthouse exceeded my expectations! It was in a very convenient location. You could walk around and find fun activities and restaurants around this area. It is so close to the subway that you can travel around too! The rooms are a pretty good size, comfortable, and clean. The managers are so caring and you can tell they put a lot of effort to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They were easy to reach and kind! I had an emergency and was terrified since I don't speak Korean. Management helped and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay.

The staff are excellent. They are friendly and gave good advice about facilities and the local area. The location is perfect for the Dongdaemun metro station: take Exit 10 (stairs/ no elevator) then head straight and turn right on a small alley—it’s then on the right. Less than a five minute walk. Nearby, I like the Naksam park—you walk following an old fortification wall up the hill. There’s a fantastic view. Inside the guesthouse, the kitchen is useful. Delicious coffee from the coffee machine. (Staff kindly showed me how to use the coffee machine.)

Yes we love this place for the value for money especially - staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean location was very central and steps away from Dongdaemun subway station.. A short walk and you are in the centre of the Dongdaemun shopping area which is lively until late at night.. Highly recommended for budget travellers

I travelled with my friend, and we liked the location (right next to the metro station, rather close to the main attractions by metro, there are also cafes and restaurants), the room was clean, there was shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, as well as hand soap, there were maps and guides, that you could take to explore the city. It was also nice that you had to take off your shoes and leave them on the ground floor, changing into slippers to go into the room. There were clean towels, refrigerators and water coolers available any time. There was also a kitchen with all the equipment downstairs. And it was very quiet despite the fact, that there is a busy road right next to it.

Home away from Home... it was! A tiny room yet so functional, warm and clean to perfection! I even had an XL luggage but I made it fit just great. The bed was so comfy (hard mattress 😃) that I slept so well every night. The staff was really friendly. Bonus: the view from my window of the (almost) full moon over the Heunginjimoun Gate. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is awesome! Location is very near to station, literally 2minutes walk. Comfiness you can’t compare to hotel, but they give you the best you could with the price and I really appreciate it! Staffs are super good and kind, they do speak English so it’s very easy for foreigners to communicate.

- The location is very close to the metro station (Dongdaemun). With a luggage you can use the elevator at exit.9, or without luggage after getting out of exit.10, go straight and turn right at the very first lane (which is right now next to a lotto shop). Then you'll see a cafe at the right hand side and then HAH Guesthouse is just next to it! - The hosts are very nice and are willing to help you, even if they're not very good at English. I stayed in a double room and everything is well cleaned. You can also use the laundry for free.
