The room is nice, a pretty combination between wood and brick. The bed is soft and comfy. The bathroom is equipped with a spa bath and the toilet is separate. A range of toiletries is provided.
BelgiumI had problems with the door not locking. I went to the front desk and asked if they could help. Although it was very busy, the staff assured me that he would be right up to fix the door. He was polite and apologized for the door not working. It turned out that the batteries died.
