“This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul”

“The view from the room and size was fantastic! We stayed three different place and it was the biggest( and the most expensive) and yes you pay for what you get and therefor we enjoyed the big room and especially air dresser in the room. Breakfast was great overall very luxurious!”

“너무 늦게 (하루 전)에 예약을 해서 다소 비싼 비용에 이용을 하게 되었는데, 그래도 현재 서울에서 가장 최신이고 가장 높은 등급의 호텔이라는 명성에 크게 벗어나지는 않는 듯하다. 가장 좋았던 점은 기대하지 않았던 수영장인데, 넓지는 않지만 수영장 컨디션과 분위기는 최근 다녀본 서울 호텔 중에는 가장 좋은 것 같다. 다시 이 호텔을 찾게 된다면 수영장이 주요 결정 포인트가 될 것 같다. 그리고, 룸에 편의시설 중 스타일러스가 있어서 너무 좋았는데, 기존 5성급 호텔의 룰을 깨는 좋은 시도였던것 같다.”“0”
