All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel, hotel rooms and grounds were immaculate. The food serviced at the hotel restaurant, Tillies, was very good and we had most of our meals there. Palm Heights also provided service (food and drinks) on the beach. Palm Heights is a small resort, about 50 or so items, which gave it a more personal feel although much of that was achieved by the exceptional staff. Palm Heights is like a small, intimate oasis on Seven Mile Beach. Highly recommended!

Palm Heights is set in a tropical paradise and felt like I experienced heaven on earth. The entire Palm Heights family made my Birthday week memorable. They exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to returning very soon. A special thanks to Daniel, Carla, Maria, Bambi, RoseMarie, Kemka (Photographer), Jake (Chef), Kristina (Massage therapist), Raveena, Akai, Adonis and Francios.
