IsraelThe location cannot be better. It is right in the center and there is a large bus stop just outside the front door. The hostel is brand new and was thoughtfully designed (except for the interior windows). The mattresses are probably the best in a Central Asia and if you have a private bathroom it is outstanding. The staff keep the place super clean. Breakfast was good with several options including Kazak breads with jam, porridge, hard boiled eggs, and tea/coffee.
United States of AmericaReceptionists can speak English very well, and both of them are so cute and nice. Tea lady was really friendly and nice, preparing us a good breakfast. The rooms, cozy corners, are superb. We love the decorations. It’s really nice, since we decided to have some rest 2 nights in Shymkent before leaving to Tashkent, but we ended up extended for one more night there. Washer machine provided, just need to give to the staffs and they’ll hang the laundry for you.
ChinaThe location is perfect with a bus stop right out the front to Samal station (for Turkestan) anda Yandex taxi to Staryi bus station (for Tashkent) was only 340 tenge. The staff speak great English and are very helpful with advice. You can pay by credit card. I love that there is a shower *and* a separate toilet in the bedroom, so you don't have to wait for someone to finish in the bathroom. The place is huge with a lot of space. It's a bit weird to enter through a shopping centre, and just for information, if you have a suitcase, there are some stairs to reach the rooms. Wifi was excellent.

Saudi ArabiaHonestly, you will not find a better option in terms of price and location. Right in center of the city. Brand new, clean and with friendly staff. Might be the best hostel in Central Asia. I would recommend this place for anyone. (Reminds me of Tbilisi’s fabrika hostel)
