A cozy and clean 1 room apartment in the historical center of Almaty at the crossroads of Kabanbay batyr street and Tulebayev street., within walking distance to many attractions and business facilities The apartment has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay: fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, free Wi-Fi, balcony, central water supply (hot and cold water) and heating. Capacity up to 4 people (bed linen and towels are provided) All household appliances are available (washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), kitchen is equipped for everything for cooking and having meals. Hairdryer, iron, cable TV, air conditioner. The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard. 3rd floor (out of 4), square area 37 sq. m.

There is developed infrastracture in the apartment's area: various cafes, restaraunts, supermarket and pharmacy are nearby. Location is in the historical center of the city. Tulebayev street is the nice walking area, and it's close to the Panfilov walking street which leads to the Arbat. Comfortable distance to attend Kok-Tobe, Medeu and Shymbulak. Close distance to public transport routes leading to anywhere in the city. Apartment is close to the Almaly metro station, Astana Square, Abay Opera Theatre, Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Ascension Cathedral, hotel "Almaty" and hotel "Kazakhstan, the Republic Palace, Central Stadium, Baluan Sholak Sports Palace. Kazakh National Conservatory, Jambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic, Zhurgenev Kazakh National Academy of Arts are nearby.
