Costa RicaThe view was amazing from our room! The staff were super friendly while providing us quality service. The restaurant was offering amazing cuisines and cocktails. The swimming pool and the pool table in the restaurant made our stay more joyful. There were many activities provided by the hotel. We also could play badminton and go kayaking. All was wonderful.
ChinaStaff excellent, friendly and helpful, especially the manager who was in the restaurant every night. Reception staff spoke good English and Thai. Location on the lake was wonderful, very peaceful, room was clean and big. Scenery was amazing. Lots of things to do and excursions if you so wished to do. Food in restaurant was very good as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent and I would particularly like to thank them for waiting an extra 45 minutes in Vang Vieng when our minibus was late. Sunset from the deck was beautiful and free cycle and canoe hire was a bonus. Breakfast was first rate.

Outdoor dining room, very nice sheltered, varied meal menus. Floating pool in the lake. Jetski, kayak, pedalo for rent. Different choices of cruises. Pétanque game, bicycle, badminton, billiards for free. Smiling and considerate service, special mention for Alex, the manager who has upgrade and shifted the hour of the free shuttle to get us to Vang Vieng take the bus.
